What are good analytics services for web apps?

I want to know what are the best analytics options for web applications. Something cloud hosted that can be plugged into a service and monitor on and report on key events / user interactions.

    I have recently come across this service: StillAlive. Not tried it yet but it's a very interesting concept.

    Google Analytics has a special profile setting for Mobile apps. It recognizes devices and integrates with the Play store for metrics like downloads, installs, crashes, uninstalls, etc.
